cannot be seen running, we are prepared
to offer a post-sale service by sending qualified technicians on site who will
connect and start them up, upon
separate agreement. Prepayment by bank
transfer is always requested,
unless different conditions have been previously agreed upon. Machines are usually sold
dismantled and loaded on truck, on FOT
basis, unless otherwise

Agglomerating/plastifying unit for plastic scraps. This plant agglomerates and plastifies flexible
plastics with humidity 18/20%
and dries material to 2% maximum
residual humidity. Made with nitrurated barrel
with feeding funnel, degassing unit. Ceramic belt resistances with
thermostats. The extruder is pre-heated
at first, while temperature is lowered during working process. Material
is compressed and then plastification
begins with de-watering. In a second phase, material is agglomerated and melted
according to chosen temperature. Material is then ready to be treated in further process.
An efficient cooling system keeps
bearings and barrel temperature
