General sales conditions :  used machines are offered and sold on “as is” “where is” basis, unless otherwise specified. All warranty claims are excluded. The Buyer is welcome to inspect the machine before confirming purchase. We give our clients our full  availability to  help them find spare parts, ancillary equipment related to the machines we sell and technical support  on separate agreement. We are in contact with major constructors to offer our  co-operation as post sale assistance. For disconnected machines, which cannot be seen running,  we are prepared to offer a post-sale service by sending qualified technicians on site who will connect  and start them  up,  upon separate agreement. TECNOFER – MELTEC 180/C Agglomerating/plastifying unit for plastic scraps. This plant  agglomerates and plastifies  flexible  plastics with humidity 18/20%  and  dries material to 2% maximum residual humidity. Made with nitrurated barrel  with feeding funnel, degassing unit. Ceramic belt resistances with thermostats.  The extruder is  pre-heated  at first, while temperature is lowered during working process. Material is compressed and  then plastification begins with de-watering. In a second phase, material is agglomerated and  melted  according to chosen temperature. Material is then ready to be  treated in further  process.   An efficient cooling system keeps  bearings and barrel  temperature at optimal level. 250 kW engine, 150 Kw. working power. Output  about  kg.800/hr  depending on material humidity. Complete with : electrical control  cabinet, AERMEC AN20 refrigerator, conveyor belt,  feeding auger, 300 lt. tank,  Grunfor pump, piping system. 100 Hp engine Screw turns at about 45 tpm.
