The melted plastic can feed extruder directly with high energy saving, to be filtered and granulated, thus forming a complete, automatic  line from scraps to granule
We can provide the special extruder needed for the purpose.
The line includes normally : buffer with extraction screws on supporting structure + extruder with motor, gearbox, pulpit control panel, + electric cabinet + strand matrix
On separate request : cooling calander, cooling belt, conveyor belt to buffer, metal detector, square matrix with hydraulic pack (for special purposes)
