VIBRATING SCREEN

this machine is used to separate the good granulate from the clogs and from the dust which might affect the quality of your finished regranulated plastic.

Dust is formed with particular conditions (dull knives is the most common cause)

This machine is constructed following the strictest Italian quality standards for materials and components.

Different options are : HEIGHT - LENGTH - SCREEN HOLES - NUMBER OF SCREENS

Usually it is fitted with 6-8-10-12 mm screens for the "right" granule
You can have 2 outlets (GOOD + CLOGGED) or 3 outlets (GOOD + CLOGGED + DUST)

Sturdy painted carbon steel structure.
Standard classifying surface is 1500×500 mm. (x 1.000 mm H) which covers most extruders up to 1300 kg./h, but you can have longer surfaces when a cooling action is needed, particularly for PVC, or for high capacity extruders..

Standard screen 8 mm.
A very simple machine with its electric panel, safety switches, emergency button and fully compliant with CE regulations
