CROSSED MIXING SYSTEM FOR PLASTIC MATERIALS

The system includes n.2 x 20.000 lt. vertical mixers which fill each other through the endless screw conveyor. (ask for different capacities)

for each mixer :

total height approx 6.950 mm including transmission group

max diam. 2.380 mm.(standard transport)

constructed in painted electro-welded carbon steel.

inner auger diam.350 mm.

lower hopper with safety grid and sampling shutter, complete with anti-dust cover, mm.600×500

pulley and belt transmission, protected by carters (possible gearbox, instead)

inspection doors with safety limits

cleaning hinged door with on bottom of cone for complete discharging, with safety opening

bottom discharging pipe on the other mixer'shopper with pneumatic valves

side discharging pipe to big bag with valve mm.at 2.700 mm from ground with pneumatic valves

electric min/max level indicator, paddle type

N.1 loading hopper with horizontal conveying screw to one of the 2 mixers (can add another if needed)

complete with bag supporting structure

discharging pipe with valve to central collection hopper
