The height of the structures can be adjusted to suit the size of the big bags, and two side ladders provide easy access to the top of the structure.

The two bags rest on safety supports to prevent hands from being crushed when the bottom is opened.

Sturdy hooks hold the big bag straps in place.

A generous 1,000 litre hopper collects the material from the big bags.

A flap door at the bottom, with a safety micro, facilitates maintenance and cleaning operations.

the 7,5 kw driven screw will lift material from the hopper at a maximum rate of 60 m3 per hour, adjustable through inverter.

the 300 mm.Ø screw can be lifted and lowered to easily move inside and outside.

The bearings are dust-tight and automatically greased.

at the end of the screw, an automatically retractable discharger with capacity sensor is positioned over the tanker opening.

This material discharge sleeve, which descends vertically into the tank, is fitted with a level sensor that manages the flow when the level is reached and signals this with audible and visual alarms.

when the discharger is completely stretched and covering the opening, material can start filling the tanker.

The entire structure is mounted on 4 cast-iron wheels with brakes.
